FAQ
Straight answers before you book.
Nights, paint, recuts, coverage, insurance. If it isn’t here, put it on the quote form.
- 01How fast do you quote?
- Same day. Send the lot and we reply the same business day with a written scope — or with the questions we still need. We do not sit on quote requests.
- 02Do you work nights?
- Yes. After-hours is the default for live plazas, grocery, dealerships, and industrial sites. We cone a section, paint, and hand the lot back before morning traffic. Day crews are available when a site can spare the asphalt.
- 03How long does a typical restripe take?
- A standard commercial lot is often one or two nights, weather depending. Recuts and large industrial courts take longer. We give a written window with the quote.
- 04What paint do you use?
- Commercial-grade traffic paint specified for freeze-thaw, salt, and plow wear. We will not put architectural latex on a parking lot.
- 05Can you recut a layout, or only refresh existing lines?
- A refresh paints the existing stall field — same count, same geometry, brighter lines. A re-layout blackouts the old markings and cuts a new plan: more stalls, legal accessible spaces, EV bays, a fire route that is actually a fire route. If your current lines are simply faded, refresh. If they are wrong, recut.
- 06Do you serve only Cambridge?
- We paint lots across Waterloo Region, Guelph, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, and the communities between them.
- 07Are you insured?
- Licensed, insured, and WSIB covered. Certificates go out with the quote when a property manager needs them on file.
